Dr. Kathleen Harder advises these graduate students:

 

 

David T. Marc

PhD in Health Informatics

Graduate Minor in Cognitive  Science

Research Interests: Data visualization and effective design of the electronic health record

 

Mr. Marc has a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire , a master's degree in biological sciences from the University of Minnesota, and is currently pursuing his PhD in health informatics.  Prior to pursing his PhD, Mr. Marc worked for a biotech company for 6 years conducting clinical research in neurological and immunological biomarker development.

 

 

Dara S. Gruber

Human Factors & Ergonomics
Graduate minors in Cognitive Science and Product Design

 

Research Interests:  Human attention in navigation tasks

 

Originally from Mount Arlington, NJ., Dara earned a B.S in Psychology with a concentration in Physics from Christopher Newport University located in Newport News, VA. Interests include sailing, skiing, Broadway, Jane Austen novels, color-coding, problem solving, and innovation.
